The manufacturer of LORI pasta locates in the Puglia region, and in the past few years, the local people have improved the use of the soil by alternating the cultivation of durum wheat and beans, making the land rich in natural organic crops.

The organic  durum wheat flour used in LORI products has been verified by ICEA and the daily production of conventional and organic pasta has reached more than 350 tons.
